Students ages 8 to 14 will learn the basics of nutrition and apply them to recipes they can make at home on their own.

The menu will include more than 10 recipes – smoothies, quesadillas, homemade pop tarts, pancakes, trail mix and more.  The kids will eat in class but will have some left over to bring home to their families.

Please note that students must have completed 3rd grade in order to register for the youth cooking class.

Program Dates:  Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday – May 28 to May 30

Session I:  8:30 AM to 11:30 AM

Session II:  Noon to 3 PM
