13-Year-Old Babe Ruth Baseball (Titans)
The Casselton Titans will compete with other 13-year-old teams in the Fargo Youth Baseball League.
The developmental league begins in mid-May, weather permitting, and runs through the end of July.
Our younger Babe Ruth players have the opportunity to compete against others their own age while they adjust to the larger regulation-sized diamond.
Games are played in Casselton and a variety of locations in the F-M area.
League and game cancellation information will be available at the F-M league website (fargoyouthbaseball.com) as well as on the parks and rec website, casseltonparks.com.
Eligibility: Players cannot turn 14 prior to May 1, 2024 (All players must provide a copy of their birth certificate to verify age).
Head Coach:
Location: Diamond 2 – Tinta Tawa Park (Res 2)
Fee: $150 (Plus $50 for a team hat and T-shirt).
Equipment: Jerseys will be provided for games. Players need to purchase their own pair of gray belted pants. Babe Ruth players can wear metal spikes for games and practices.
Railcats (14-15) Babe Ruth Baseball
The Railcats will compete in the Mid-Cass Baseball League for the first time in 2024. A second Railcats team will compete in the Fargo 15U League if numbers dictate the need.
Regular season play typically begins in late May and runs to mid-July. The Railcats will play once or twice a week in league play and in selected games with other local teams.
Tryouts will be held in mid to late April to determine team rosters.
Eligibility: Players cannot turn 16 prior to May 1, 2024 (All players must provide a copy of their birth certificate to verify age).

Location: Central Cass High School Baseball Field.
Game and Practice Times: Morning practices. Games mostly at night.
Fee: $150 (Plus $50 for team shirt & hat).
Black Stockings (14-15) Babe Ruth Baseball
The Black Stockings compete in the Mid-Cass Babe Ruth League with teams from Kindred, Northern Cass, Gwinner, Hankinson/Fairmount, Lidgerwood and Enderlin.
Regular-season play for the Black Stockings begins in late May or early June and culminates with the District VII tournament in mid-July.
Tryouts will be held in mid to late April to determine team rosters.
Eligibility: Players cannot turn 16 prior to May 1, 2024 (All players must provide a copy of their birth certificate to verify age).

Fee: $150 (Plus team undershirt and hat).
American Legion Baseball
Casselton’s Post 15 Class A squad will compete with teams in the East Region, including Valley City, Wahpeton, Kindred, the Fargo Bombers and the West Fargo Aces.
The Legion season begins in early June and could continue through regional tournament play in mid-August.
Eligibility: Players cannot turn 19 prior to January 1, 2024 (Players must provide a copy of their birth certificate to verify age).
