Runner's yoga is a flexibility and mobility class designed to open the shoulders and hips, two areas of the body that tend to be tight and stressful.  Runner's yoga is a flow class for everyone, beginners included, to enjoy and will enhance your experience in any type of activity.

Vinyasa maintains awareness and focus on the breath while moving through a series of postures progressing from basic to more complex.  Vinyasa yoga builds heat, flexibility and strength while maintaining awareness of good posture, alignment and sound structure.
